LESOTHO PRIVATE SECTOR COMPETITIVENESS AND ECONOMIC
DIVERSIFICATION PROJECT
Provision of mentorship to
Tourism Operators in Lesotho
Lesotho Enterprise Assistance Program (LEAP) is a
sub-component of the World Bank funded Private Sector
Competitiveness and Economic Diversification project, whose
primary objective is to facilitate increased private sector
investment by improving the business environment and
diversifying sources of growth. LEAP helps qualifying
enterprises to purchase consultants and other services that
will help them to diversify and expand their product lines
and their domestic and export markets. The services provided
by LEAP include mentorship to privately owned commercial
entities to enhance their profitability and sustainability.
It is against this background that LEAP invites eligible
consultants to indicate their interest in providing
mentorship to tourism operators in Lesotho. Interested
consultants must provide information indicating that they
are qualified to perform the services (brochures,
description of similar assignments, experience in similar
conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.).
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the
procedures set out in the World Bank’s
Guidelines: Selection and
Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers
(current edition).
Interested consultants may obtain further information at the
address below during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours during
weekdays except public holidays.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address
below by 26th March, 2010.
